Our Fine Breakfast Scheme: owners in our British Bed & Breakfast book are asked whether they are happy to commit to serving only local or organic food for breakfast. Those that do are highlighted in the guide book. The scheme has been hugely popular, and we hope to extend it to other countries.
Green Places to Stay: we recently released the first edition of a guide dedicated to green places to stay around the world. These places have all been hand-picked for their efforts to reduce the social and environmental impact of their business but also because they're all special. Keep an eye on this website for our growing collection of green places.
Green Places Across Our Guides: we celebrate every green owner, not only those that appear in our Green Places to Stay book. There is a new symbol on the website, making it easy for you to track down all the green places. And we'll be clear about why we think each place deserves the symbol.
