Our main purpose is to publish superb books and a superb website, thus, to provide a service of real value to our readers and owners. The books and website will reflect the values that we, as a company, consider precious. We owe a duty of integrity to our readers and to those whose work we celebrate.

We will strive to reduce our ecological footprint to zero, and to avoid business practices which pass our social and environmental cost on to others. We are also determined to provide a delightful and creative working environment.

We intend ASP to be a force for positive change in the wider community and our travel books and website to stimulate independence, human contact and cultural exchange. Our Fragile Earth books will stimulate debate and learning.
