Gift Cards will be valid for 12 months from issue date.
Please allow 14 days from receipt of payment for your Gift Card to arrive.
You must say that you will be using a Gift Card as (part) payment for your stay when placing your booking.
Readers must hand over their Gift Card(s) when paying their bill at the end of their stay; photocopies will not be accepted.
The participating places reserve the right to refuse payment by Gift Card if a valid Gift Card is not produced.
Gift Cards feature a unique reference ID code and may only be redeemed once, cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
All bookings are subject to availability. It is your responsibility to check the individual places policies on deposits and cancellations.
Gift Cards cannot be used from 19 December through to 4 January 2010 (Christmas period), or 2 – 5 April 2010 (Easter weekend), and official UK Bank Holidays.
Participating places may also have a local exclusion. Please check before booking.

Postage rate of £2.99 applies to UK orders. Your gift card will be sent out to you via recorded delivery.
