Lovely sunny well equipped 2 bedroom top floor flat perfectly located for walking to all the main sites in Edinburgh and good shopping facilities nearby. Compact bathroom. Quiet bedrooms.

We were looking for a lovely place for a special stay in Edinburgh. St Stephen Street did not disappoint. The apartment is lovely above a lively street with really quiet bedrooms at the back. A nice big sitting room and a kitchen. Close to the centre with good bus connections to the places we wanted to visit. Lovely walks along the waters of Leith just round the corner. The apartment is surrounded by amazing places to eat and lovely shops. We would stay here again.

A lovely light and comfortable apartment in the village-like neighbourhood of Stockbridge. We were made to feel very welcome with fresh flowers and a selection of goodies on arrival. We loved the trendy St Stephens Street with its little cafes, delis, wine bars and individual shops, yet we were only a 10 - 15 minutes walk along cobbled streets to the Old Town and popular sights. A really cosy and quiet place to return to after a busy day exploring Edinburgh. Thank you Laura, we hope to return.

a lovely quiet apartment with a light and spacious living area, neatly equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. In the Stockbridge area there are many choices of eating places, and a number of independent shops to buy local fresh produce to take home too. Edinburgh sights, shops and galleries etc are within very easy reach, and we mostly walked to these. Communication with hosts was very prompt, informative and welcoming with a lovely arrival pack of treats in the kitchen. Thank you for our stay, we do hope to return!

Beautiful apartment, tastefully furnished and ideally situated for the village of Stockbridge as well as being within walking distance of the city. Owners were very helpful and accommodating and went out of their way to help . We lovd it.

This beautiful apartment is in the most wonderful part of Edinburgh. We loved looking down onto the street which is lined with quirky shops, cocktail bars and gastro pubs. The apartment itself is stylish, light and very comfortable for a family of 4. We received a lovely welcome pack on arrival and would highly recommend it to our friends and family.

This is a delightful apartment - light filled, immaculately presented, beautifully appointed, and with guests’ every need taken care of. Fresh flowers and a fruit basket added homely touches. The location is fantastic - so much is within walking distance, including a great array of restaurant options. Laura and Catriona made us feel very welcome. We would definitely re-book!

A fantastic apartment in a lovely street. The team were very accommodating to drop bags off early and provided a lovely welcome with flowers, milk & shortbread! The apartment is nicely furnished and is very cosy & comfy. We had a fantastic stay and enjoyed all Stockbridge & Edinburgh had to offer (and Laura helped with many recommendations). The constructive feedback we could give is to provide slightly bigger bath towels, but that's it! A lovely place to stay. Thanks very much

We loved staying in Laura’s bright and cosy top floor flat. Laura was very friendly and helpful over the booking and had left a welcoming array of goodies to help us settle in. The flat was sparklingly clean and pretty throughout, with everything we needed. The flat is flooded with light most of the day and the location is terrific - in one of Edinburgh's most charming streets, just across from the gorgeous Golden Hare bookshop and in the heart of Stockbridge (as many great cafés and cheese shops as you could wish for; we became particularly obsessed with the cinnamon buns at Soderberg!)

Location could not be bettered. A very comfortable apartment and a great base for walking around Edinburgh. A walk to Water of Leith and Dean Village was so beautiful on a sunny morning. Stockbridge has all that you need for living whether eating out or in. If you enjoy Japanese the Sushi just across the road is excellent.

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment in the fabulous Stockbridge area of Edinburgh. 15 mins to walk to the centre of town, bus stop round the corner. Great pubs and eateries close by. What more could you ask for?! Laura was so helpful and we would certainly recommend.

57 St Stephens Street apartment is just lovely. We were met by the lovely Laura with a warm Scottish welcome and a helpful tour of the delightful apartment. It's the 2nd floor so the stairs will keep you fit. It's the perfect Georgian abode decorated thoughtfully with every modern feature but keeping the character of the place. The lounge overlooks the attractive street - quiet yet right at the centre of Stockbridge. Every room had fresh flowers and there was even chilled prosecco, coffee and shortbreads in the kitchen. And great wifi. We would thoroughly recommend and will definitely return

We had a fantastic stay in Laura’s beautiful flat. Laura was an excellent host and made us feel very welcome. The flat was wonderful. It was comfortable, clean, bright and quiet. Stockbridge has a charming village atmosphere with everything you could possibly need within walking distance. The nearby Water of Leith provides a lovely river walk. There are a host of restaurants, cafes and wine bars in the neighbourhood. Thank you Laura, we will definitely be back.
