Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email as soon as possible to order@sawdays.co.uk, or telephone us on +44 (0)1275 395430 (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, calls charged at national rate) and we will arrange the exchange or refund of your purchase. If your books have not arrived within 30 days, please contact us on the same telephone number.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you can cancel an order in writing, by fax or by email within seven working days of delivery. We will refund you provided unwanted orders are returned undamaged within seven working days of delivery. If your order is damaged, faulty or not as described when you receive it, you may return it for a full refund (including postage) or for replacement. Please note that if you return books to us and we do not receive them we will refund you only if proof of posting is provided.

If you do not receive your order, we will refund you or provide a replacement free of charge.

If you think your order is overdue (after 30 days) please send an email to order@sawdays.co.uk or call us on the telephone number above. It might be worth contacting your local sorting office as well, as they might have tried to deliver your order already.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
