What does delivery cost?
Our delivery charges are listed below. Gift Cards are sent recorded delivery - any books ordered along with a Gift Card will be sent in the same parcel. Travel Club membership cards and gift membership vouchers are delivered free of charge.
- One item to the UK: £2.99
- Each additional item per delivery in the UK: £0.50
- One item to the rest of Europe: £5.30
- Each additional item per delivery within Europe: £1.00
- One item to the rest of the world: £8.99
- Each additional item per delivery to the rest of the world: £3.00
For example, if you are in the UK and order 4 items then your delivery rate will be £4.49 (£2.99 for the first item and then £0.50 for each of the other 3).
How will my order be sent?
The majority of our deliveries within the UK are sent in protective packaging via Royal Mail's Second Class delivery service. Orders of more than one book may automatically be upgraded to First Class delivery or courier delivery at no extra cost to you. Non-UK orders are sent by Air Mail.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We normally process orders within one working day. Orders should take no more than 5 days to arrive, but we recommend that you allow up to 14 working days to before you consider your order overdue. In extreme and unusual circumstances (like postal strikes), orders can take up to 30 days.
