Tucked into a sweet courtyard garden, here is a charming bolthole for two. You're in a village yet no-one would know you were here, your little house is so snugly private – that's half the attraction. Step into an open-plan living area with stone and lime-plaster walls, comfy blue sofa, mosaic-topped table and a galley kitchen decked out in yellow and blue. It's spotlessly clean and you have all you need: coffee maker, decent crockery, CD player, good reading lamps. Then it's up the open staircase to the bedroom under the beams. Handsome, quality bedding is set off by a simple pine floor, white walls and prettily exposed stone. A 'Juliet' balcony overlooks the courtyard; the bathroom, with walk-in shower, dazzles in white and blue. The courtyard is just lovely, with its flowered tubs and climbing shrubs, attractive table and chairs and quirky collection of tools and rustic keys.
