La Voix des Cèdres

The garden was large and peaceful with beautiful trees, flowers and butterflies - The lovely pool was large enough to swim properly and totally private. The villa was enjoyably cool, because of the air-conditioning, and clean, comfortable and very well equipped, especially the kitchen. We ate all our meals outside on the terrace with views towards the mountains. We did not hire a car and were able to walk quickly and easily to the village shop and bakery. There was almost no traffic and the village itself much more beautiful than we expected. We had a lovely holiday.

Lovely, peaceful spot with a fantastic pool and pretty garden. The house is comfortable with good bed linen and a super kitchen so you can cook like you would at home - but with fresh Provençal ingredients!

We had a delightful week at La Voix des Cedres. A beautiful and peaceful location with so much to do near by. Brilliant bakers a pleasant 8-10 walk away in the village as well as a butcher and grocer. We loved the terrace for drinks, the BBQ for self catering and the pool for an afternoons relaxing after a busy morning sightseeing. Rosie and Carlo were efficient, helpful and charming. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay. It is a beautiful and quiet location and a very well equipped house. It is a very nice area for walking and cycling. We have climbed the Mont Ventoux from here, this is also possible for the less trained cyclist, because bicycle rental of electric bicycles is 4 km away Thank you for the nice stay

Six years after our last stay, this third visit reminded us why Rosie's house is so special. She and Carlo could not have been more hospitable. The lovely garden and pool are ideal for soaking up the Provencal sunshine and then cooling off, and the terrace is the perfect spot for breakfast, drinks or a barbecue with views of the Luberon. The baker, butcher and grocer are a short walk and the local markets an easy drive. We will be back!

A lovely comfortable home with beautiful gardens, great pool and a superbly equipped kitchen, within easy walk of the shops and an excellent restaurant in a lovely quiet village. Also a good pizzeria/restaurant within a very short stroll. Rosie and Carlo are delightful hosts for whom nothing is too much trouble and respond instantly to any queries.

Rosie and Carlo's house and garden are gorgeous. The house is well equipped and lovingly furnished. Everything works perfectly and is squeaky clean. The garden is dreamy and invites you to discover something new again and again. It has birds and butterflies. Not only people feel comfortable in this place. Rosie and Carlo are charming and interesting hosts we are reluctant to leave. We will return for sure.

We had a lovely stay! The house is very comfortable, with a very well equipped kitchen. We lived mostly outdoors, enjoying the gas barbecue and eating all meals on the delightful terrace. The garden is special, with some lovely planting and makes a wonderful setting for the pool. We were two adults and two 11 year old children and all had a wonderful time. Rosie and Carlo are considerate hosts who gave us a warm welcome on arrival and were so helpful throughout our stay. A special haven in Provence!

Our second stay at La Voix des Cedres and, once again, it was first class. Rosie and Carlos looked after us amazingly well and the place, as always, was immaculate. A perfect couple of weeks and even got some great weather, both for the pool and Mont Ventoux! Thank you very much, the Pinheys

A peaceful location with easy access to the many picturesque villages, La Voix des Cedres provided us with a spacious & relaxing setting for our idyllic holiday. The comfortable home is a pleasant short walk from the centre of charming Cabrieres D'Avignon. The shop keepers greeted us warmly as we made our early morning walks for baguettes & necessities. In a neighbouring village, a large supermarket & market provided additional products. The house is filled with light. The delightful owners Rosie and Carlo added so much to our visit. We can hardly wait to return here.

So many things to remember from our two weeks in Provence - the wall to wall sunshine, the many beautiful places we visited and the wonderful food we had. And of course the amazing welcome and hospitality of Rosie and Carlo! We leave here refreshed, relaxed and happy! Many thanks R & C.

A lovely family home with everything you could need in a superb location. The owners, Rosie and Carlo, are fantastic, friendly, very helpful, great advice on things to see and do, especially which Domaines to visit! We had a very relaxed holiday and were able to completely unwind. It was lovely to be able to walk to the village, especially to the boulangerie to get breakfast. We would definitely recommend Voix Des Cedres and would not hesitate to book again. A fantastic three weeks at a wonderful house, everything we could possibly need. Wonderful memories, lots of relaxation and wine!!

A beautiful place. We had a great week. We loved the local walks and visited some lovely towns. A great kitchen to cook in - thanks to Rosie and all the equipment she has made available and all the great tips for shopping in the House Book. I hope we get the chance to return. A home from home. Superbly equipped which meant is was extremely relaxing from the first moment. The village was charming with everything you need. Very friendly and helpful owners. All in all perfect for a relaxing week. (Also great location for cycling)
