In a smart row of Edwardian villas, with stunning harbour and sea views, is a delectable retreat. Sleek, softy coloured interiors are light and gentle on the eye – an Italian circular glass table here, a painted seascape there. Bedrooms are perfect with crisp linen and vistas of whirling gulls from private terraces; bathrooms are state of the art. Rejoice in softly boiled eggs with anchovy and chive-butter soldiers for breakfast – or continental in bed if you prefer. Grahame looks after you impeccably and design aficionados will be happy.

Wonderful house - welcoming hosts - royally treated. As the rulers of a small (but peaceful) kingdom my wife and I are used to red carpets but Grahame really raised the bar. In no special order 11 Seaview has rooms to die for, breakfasts to die for and views to die for. Take your pick. Better still Grahame is a mine of local information. Whatever else, if he recommends something book it or do it, you won't be disappointed. His various hints and tips led us eventually to the best gin we've ever tasted. It starts with 'T' - we can say no more. Other than thanks for a wonderful stay.

We stayed for 3 nights at 11 Sea View Terrace. This is a beautiful place with the kind hospitality of the landlords Grahame and John, which are very attentive and have always good recommendations for sightseeing, as well for restaurants. The house and the rooms are furnished with an exquisite taste, the view on St. Ives and its harbour is unmatched. The breakfast is delicious. A perfect place to stay.

We stayed for three nights and it was absolutely fab! Grahame and John are terrific hosts and pay great attention to detail. the location is superb, rooms immaculately decorated and delicious breakfasts. Recommendations about places to eat and visit are provided and there are plenty of interesting books, DVDs too. Would highly recommend!

Tasteful furnishings and decoration, comfortable, friendly and helpful hosts, first class food, superb room with the best view over St Ives imaginable, yet peaceful and just a short walk to the beaches and town. Really, what more could you ask for? Quite possibly the best B&B we've ever stayed in.

Pete, Plymouth

Wonderful B&B. Immaculately and tastefully furnished with many original paintings. Fantastic view over the rooftops of St Ives to the harbour and the bay. Very comfortable and spacious room. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice and top quality food. Very helpful and attentive hosts. You could not ask for more.

We spent 5 nights at 11 Sea View Terrace. The room was outstanding, the view unforgettable and our expectations were more than exceeded. The whole house is so tastefully decorated and the setting is perfect. The service provided by our hosts was impeccable. They were helpful, at attentive and gave great advice on where to eat. We enjoyed every minute of our time there. If we are in the area again we will definitely be staying at 11 Sea View Terrace. We will definitely recommend the house to our friends and family if they are travelling to St. Ives.
