The two B&B rooms have their own entrances from the back garden. There’s a help-yourself drinks and biscuit station, and you wake to views over the sailing waters of St Mawes and the sea beyond.
It’s an upside-down house with bedrooms downstairs. Continental breakfast is laid out on a long table in the dining room, opening onto a balcony overlooking the sea. Lucy gives you freshly baked bread and croissants, homemade jams and compote, cereals and fruit salad, with special treats on Sundays. Children can come too – kit and toys can be provided as well as a cot and fold-out bed.
Sit on your sunny patio, delve into books and magazines – and it’s a stroll to the sea, Castle and Lamorran Gardens.
