The
Experience

Winding lanes lead to this handsomely refurbished Queen Anne style house. Surrounded by lawns and mature trees the views are south to the sea and the total peace is just the tonic. Inside is a marble bar for more reviving and the mix of sofas, mini-ottomans, parquet floors with Persian rugs and family portraits make for a genteel atmosphere. First floor bedrooms are large enough to waltz in with toile de Jouy wallpaper, antiques and views. In the roof space are more compact but delightful rooms – uncluttered and calm with low beams, shuttered windows and modern bathrooms. Breakfast is a treat with the best produce from nearby Fowey.

Reviews

A very impressive house with charming atmosphere. Our room was elegant furnished, comfortable and spacious with a nice view in the amply garden. A superb and delicious breakfast allowed a good start every day. Owners and staff are very friendly and gave us very good tips to explore the outstanding surroundings.

Tredudwall Manor is heavenly. The rooms are beautifully and elegant furnished, comfortable and have nice views out onto the impressive garden. There are charming walks on your doorsteps on the stunning coast. Helpfull and very kind staff, breakfast was perfect. Can't recommend it enough. Best regards Barbara, Carola, Jacqueline and Martina

I stayed here before my wedding and it was just perfect! Such a special house, beautifully restored. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Fabulous hosts, beautiful breakfast and delightful setting. A massive thumbs up!

The owners of this wonderful old Manor House have created a haven where guests can feel instantly relaxed and at home. Paintings and other works of art add depth and history to sympathetically restored rooms. Bedrooms are simply furnished but very comfortable. Bathrooms are extremely clean and modern with a traditional feel. Guests take breakfast at a long table, conjuring up images of a weekend house party. Breakfast is hearty or light - very impressed with the real freshly prepared fruit salad and live natural yoghurt. A real find. Would certainly recommend and love to stay there again.

After a tiring flight and rail journey we drove to Tredudwell along lanes which wound, narrowed and tested as we drew closer. After check-in we found our way easily to nearby Bodinnick for dinner. The Manor is as attractive and peaceful as described and is sensitively renovated – likely a work in progress. The bedrooms are clean and very comfortable. Wifi works well in the lounge. The honor bar has a decent selection of wines. Hosts Valerie and Justin are charming and attentive. Breakfast choices included fresh fruit salad and natural yoghurt plus cooked local produce. The coffee is excellent
