The
Experience
You’ll feel at peace in this apartment built into the hillside, with sleek minimalist interiors which let the views do all the talking. French windows lead onto a shared terrace – throw them open and you’re almost part of the seascape. From your terrace it’s a couple of minutes to miles of glorious sand, with no roads to cross so let the children go free range. This is one of the best surfing beaches in the country but it’s also great for paddling, building sandcastles and just having a picnic. Return to an outdoor shower and plenty of storage for wetsuits and boards.Hire bikes and tackle the Tarka Trail (just minutes away), walk straight onto the South West Coast Path for bracing hikes, Saunton Golf Club has two of the finest links courses in the UK. Fire up the barbecue, open a bottle of wine, enjoy wonderful sunsets.

Introducing
Tim Fleming
Tim lives in London and built The Chalet on the site of his boyhood home in 2017. The eclectic mix of pictures, some from the original house (of the same name) all have meaning for him. He really loves the area and the beach and is keen that others should get the same pleasure.
