This immaculately kept farm has been in the family for generations; Sarah and Jonathan are delightful and make you feel instantly at home. Find acres of farmland and a two-mile farm trail to explore, a trout lake to picnic by and an open fire to warm you in an elegant drawing room with Georgian windows. Sarah gives you delicious homemade cake on arrival and huge Aga breakfasts with home-laid eggs and local produce. Comfortable bedrooms have TVs, tea trays and gleaming bathrooms. Fabulous views stretch to Lincoln Cathedral and the walks are superb.

  • Only 20 minutes from one of Britain's finest Cathedrals. Pre book a tour including a roof top . tour with amazing views of Lincoln City. Also Lincoln Castle, home of the Magna Carta and Victorian prison.
  • Centrally placed for the many aviation museums. The Battle of Britain and East Kirkby which is home to the Lancaster and organises popular taxi runs
  • Walking on the Lincolnshire Wolds is extremely popular. Only 10 minutes from our door, there are many circular way marked walks on the Viking Way.
  • Only 40 minutes from the Lincolnshire Coast with wide open empty beaches abundant with wildlife. Seals at Donna Nook from November having pups.
  • National Trust houses - Belton House, Tattershall Castle, Gunby Hall, Southwell Workhouse, Woolsthorpe Manor
  • Traditional Market Towns to visit including Market Rasen, Louth, Horncastle, Caistor and Alford.
