The
Experience

Fancy having your own place in a great part of town? These lovely serviced apartments sit around the corner from Abbey Road studios, with the canals of Little Venice at the bottom of the road. Regents Park and Lord’s for the cricket are close, while two tube stations whizz you into town. You may spurn the lot for the gorgeous communal gardens that wait behind leafy Randolph Avenue. Find three acres of peace, with well-kept lawns, weeping willows, and benches if you want to read. In summer, there’s Shakespeare on the lawn, in autumn a big firework display, you can even have an outside session with a personal trainer. As for the apartments, they’re big and airy, nicely stylish and extremely comfy. You get fully-equipped kitchens, big sofas in large sitting rooms, REN oils in sparkling marble bathrooms. You’ll also find a mobile phone ‘on the house’ with free browsing and UK calls and the odd overseas country, too. You can cook for yourself (good local shops), but excellent restaurants will tempt you out; the Formosa, the Prince Albert and The Elgin. There’s off-street parking, too.

The neighbourhood

Local points of interest from Malgosia Zielinska

  • Clifton Nurseries - London’s oldest and most beautiful garden centre that’s been inspiring gardeners since 1851. Once inside, have brunch at the Quince Tree Café, tucked away in a hidden oasis just a stone’s throw from Europa House.
  • Puppet Theatre Barge – a unique, fifty-seat marionette theatre on a converted barge in London, moored in Little Venice and presenting puppet shows for children and adults throughout the year.
  • Warrington Pub – Built in 1856, this neo-classical pub comes with iconic mosaics, stained glass and tiled columns, which you may have spotted in a movie or three.
  • Raoul’s – The quintessential neighborhood deli and bistro, where you can eat in or take home some of the finest food in the area.
  • Everyman Cinema – Stretch out and feast on burgers while you catch movie at this boutique local cinema.
  • The Regent’s Canal – One of London’s best kept secrets and well loved by boaters, walkers and cyclists. Stroll along the towpath towards Regent’s Park, London Zoo and the quirky Camden Markets.
