Spent a week with Peter and Ginia. Excellent hosts. Very homely and very good food. Would recommend.

This was our second visit to Laundry Cottage and we wished we could have stayed longer. Ginia and Peter are charming and entertaining hosts and Ginia is a wonderful cook. We love the atmosphere (very relaxed and welcoming) and the setting - glorious walking and access to beautiful and remote Northumberland. Highly recommended and we shall definitely return again.

Lovely place. We only stayed a night on our way up to Scotland, but Peter and Ginia were great hosts and we had a lovely meal with them. Our tire had gotten a flat and they were very helpful sorting us out at a local garage. The conservatory view is particularly lovely. They have very well behaved, lovely dogs. Our room did not have an ensuite, but that did not bother us in the least. Would definitely recommend.

Laundry Cottage and its hosts were for us a perfect place to stay in the tranquil beautiful spring countryside of Northumberland. Wonderful evening meal and views made all the better by our hosts welcome and care. Very comfortable twin room with plenty of space and everything you needed, lovely bathroom too.

A wonderful B&B experience. Ginia and Pete are warm and welcoming hosts, the breakfast was delicious and the beds divinely comfortable. We highly recommend Laundry Cottage!

Excellent b&b. Stayed 2 nights. Hosts wonderfully helpful, welcoming and enjoyable to talk to about the region. Room clean, attractive. Breakfast room lovely view. Food wonderful, especially out-of-this-world homemade tomato soup. Quiet area; ideal for morning, evening walks. Would happily return and recommend.

A lovely location and very friendly and helpful hosts . Breakfasts very good and even if you hate rhubarb, as I do, try the rhubarb, strawberry and honey "special"--it's delicious! Evening meal very good, eggs from the on-site hens and we even saw 3 hares along the road from East Horton, something never seen in my home location.

We stayed at Laundry Cottage at the beginning and end of our holiday to Scotland. Easily the best B and B we have stayed at. The food was superb, the room and bed very comfortable. Peter and Ginia are wonderful hosts and looked after us so well. We definitely plan to return.

We had an excellent stay with great hosts Ginia and Peter in their delightful cottage. With one of us needing special dietary requirements they couldn't have been more helpful and kind in preparing separate special food for the evening meal and it was all delicious. We enjoyed sitting in the guest rom overlooking the garden in its lovely setting. The room was also lovely and comfortable and we had a lovely breakfast the following morning. We would recommend Laundry Cottage highly

Generous hosts - cottage is a real gem. Delicious food especially the scones and chocolate cake! Enjoyed the garden room and meeting the owner's sheep dog "Frankie" and horse "Dennis". Ideal B & B for families.

Warm, generous hosts, excellent food, spotlessly clean, beautiful location. My friend and I stayed in the twin room and spent two nights. Would happily recommend this B&B to anyone.

We were made very welcome by Ginia and Peter who really put themselves out to sort out our needs. The bedroom was very comfortable and every where was spotlessly clean. The shower room was separate but perfect for our needs. Breakfast with free range eggs from their own chickens and home made bread was delicious. I would go again!

Great find and stay with this lovely couple.... A welcomed hot bath after a long walk...Breakfast wonderful (especially Rhubarb) would recommend...... Great recommendation for Glendale show....... Thanks Lynne & Neil

This cottage is in an idyllic quiet country location and provides comfortable accommodation in a relaxed atmosphere. The hosts were extremely welcoming and kindly provided an evening meal on arrival despite short notice booking. Highly recommended for travellers wanting to stay in rural bliss although eating and other facilities are available within 4-5 miles.
