The Experience
The dining experience here is exciting. Choose between the two Michelin star Dining Room, or the more informal Grey’s Brasserie. Executive chef Niall Keating is a rising star and won the BBC’s Great British Menu 2020 competition.
Work off all the delicious food in the classy spa. Plunge into the hydrotherapy pool, luxuriate in the aromatic thermal suites, try the treatments on offer. The garden is glorious, divided into 26 outdoor ‘rooms’ with the river Avon at the end where you can spot swans and kingfishers. If the weather is dismal ask reception to put on a film for you in the cinema.
Bedrooms are spacious and calming, some on the upper floors have long garden and country views. Don’t forget to take your sprout pencil home and plant the nib – just one of the hotel’s sustainable initiatives.

This is not an enquiry as I only want to pass on my sincere thanks for our dining experience last night (13/12/20). I am doing it this way as I have no wish to use Twitter, Facebook or any other social media site. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and the most wonderful creations that arrived in front of us last night. We were looked after brilliantly by Nick, Bryn and Patricia all of whom were professional and thoroughly entertaining. Please pass our thanks to them and also to Niall for his creativity, presentation and originality.
