We had a great three night stay with Tony & Armelle. They are delightful and entertaining hosts, and nothing was too much trouble for them, whether it was booking a boat trip, making us a picnic when we were going for the long walk that Tony suggested, or trying to make my husband a coffee just as he likes it! The rooms were very well set up with very comfortable beds and pillows, and plenty of space for storage and a well equipped en-suite bathroom. They are located in lovely area with interesting walks and coastline. We only wished we had more time to explore - I'm sure we will return.

What a wonderful holiday! The Manor is one of our favorite accommodations ever, notable for the beauty of the house and gardens, the comfort of the bedrooms, and the hospitality offered by Armelle and Tony. The bedrooms are perfect, with comfortable beds, lovely linens and modern ensuite shower/bathrooms. We stayed in the Amethyst Room under the eaves, and it was warm and cozy. I could have spent my entire 3 days in the room and been perfectly happy! We booked all 3 of our evening meals at the Manor, including New Year’s Eve, and we enjoyed good food and company. Thank you Armelle and Tony!

Wonderful stay, also enjoyed our suite like bedroom. Tony and Armelle have restored and furnished their beautiful home to a high standard. We appreciated all the suggestions offered and the helpful advice. Many thanks to them both for a lovely stay.

Heather, Portarlington

A delightful place to stay - we felt very much at home and very comfortable in our Cappuccino suite!! Tony & Armelle suggested some great places to visit and Tony's guided tour of Treguier & the cathedral was brilliant. We picnicked in the garden & had a lovely meal one evening which included many things from the garden! There is still much we would like to see and do in the area - we will be back!

Spacious, well equipped accommodation, both in the bedroom and communal spaces. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure our comfort. Caring, helpful and friendly owners

Marion, Plymouth

Beautifully and sympathetically restored Manor House. We booked at the last minute but the owners ((Tony, English and Armelle, French) were very accommodating and provided a delicious meal. Super comfortable bed, lovely suite. We had the use of 2 sitting-rooms with wood burning stoves, quiet background classical music and tasteful furniture and fittings. Food was excellent and all organic. The owners were attentive and interesting to talk to. We'll definitely be back for more than one night so we can tackle the Chemin de Douaniers. Tony provides an ad hoc taxi service to points along the walk.

Nick, Havant

Beautiful location off the main tourist trail in North Brittany with plenty to see. Cleverly modernised to keep the charm of the original manor but provide modern comforts. The hosts are fascinating and have good stories to share as well as good tips where to go close by.

Nice place ! big king size bed and bedroom! Clean and quiet house. It's not a hotel it's better! the owners are very friendly and helpful as friends. Je recommande!

François, Le solliat

Armelle & Tony are absolutely delightful hosts. The Manoir itself is immaculate with superb accommodation. There were 4 of us and both rooms were beautiful and spacious. A short walk from the coastal path and the river Jaudy. We will be going back it is a real gem.

David, South petherton

Great hosts, rooms excellent, dinner was superb cooked by the hosts and served in very pleasant dining area, I would highly recommend this B & B. Excellent two day stay.

Margaret, Oulton broad

We found this a wonderful and peaceful place to stay and very close to the beautiful and wild coast. The hosts. Armelle & Tony, could not have been kinder or more helpful in planning our days and recommending restaurants should we venture out in the evening. We didn't do this often as dinner in their dining room was the highlight of the day. The bedroom suites are most original and beautifully thought out and provided for our every need. We were very reluctant to move on when the time came.

The neighbourhood

Local points of interest from Armelle & Tony Sébilleau

  • Tréguier, with its magnificent cathedral, fine old houses and excellent restaurants, is just 10 minutes away by car, and just another short drive from a beautiful stretch of wild and rocky coast, ideal for a gentle stroll or an energetic hike.
  • The partially restored Beauport Abbey overlooking the bay and offshore islands is one of our favourite haunts. Special attractions include guided tours, regular concerts, activities for kids and tasteful evening illuminations.
  • The pink granite, paradisiac Island of Bréhat is just a 10 minute ferry ride away. We recommend that you stay on board for a guided tour around the island before disembarking to walk around the coast to the lighthouse at the northern tip.
  • The unique Sillon de Talbert, just 10 minutes drive away, is best visited at high tide, when the waves lap both edges of the long, narrow stretch of granite pebbles and sandy dunes that reaches far out into the mouth of the Trieux estuary.
  • If you like lively bustling markets, then we recommend you visit the old town of Paimpol on a Tuesday morning, where you can buy everything from local cider to old books, and from freshly made crêpes to marine wear.
  • Many beautiful local gardens and parks are open to the public. We particularly recommend La Roche Jagu, with its imposing medieval château overlooking the sinewy Trieux River and surrounded by magical gardens and woodlands.
