This is an absolute gem of a house. It’s perfectly positioned in a charming street full of beautifully coloured, lime washed fishermen’s cottages dating back centuries. Definitely one of the prettiest places to stay in Collioure, only a couple of minutes walk to the beach with its iconic church tower and a plethora of superb tapas bars. The house itself is tastefully decorated and designed to make life as comfortable and easy as possible. The view from the private terrace at the top of the house is superb. You can sit and while away hours looking out across the bay. Will definitely go back…

We had a wonderful week in Collioure and enjoyed every minute of our stay in this marvellous and beautiful house. We felt very comfortable and also enjoyed the roof terrace for early evening sundowners. The house is in a quiet little alley, literally minutes fom all shops, restaurants and the beach. We would love to stay again.

We stayed at this lovely house for a week and couldn’t fault it. It’s an oasis of calm just minutes from the beach, restaurants, cafes and shops. The terrace is perfect spot for a glass of something chilled looking over the bay and the hills. Would definitely return.

We loved the character and charm of this old fishing cottage, especially the crow's nest feel of the roof terrace with its views across the bay. One could not ask for a better position to access all the amenities which this stunning seaside artistic village has to offer.

Collioure exceeded our expectations - it really is the loveliest of places with the beach, restaurants and shops all on your doorstep. The house has been beautifully renovated and you can never tire of the view from the terrace. There is lots to do locally and no need for a car. A wonderful week in a special place!

A beautiful house in a stunning location. Accommodation was clean, comfortable and located very near the beach - we would definitely like to visit again in the future!

Fabulous property- located just a stroll to the beach, shops and resturants. Everything you need is there and all in tip top condition. We have stayed here twice and are very likely to be back again soon.

We've just returned from a wonderful stay at 14 Rue du Mirador, our first time in the beautiful town of Collioure. The house was great, very well equipt, we spent a lot of time on the roof terrace with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. There's lots to see and do in Collioure, perfect without a car. There are so many lovely restaurants to choose from and everyone was so friendly. It was hot and sunny while we were there, so to be able to walk 2 minutes to the lovely clear sea was perfect. I would recommend this charming house, and Collioure is a very special place to visit.

We felt very lucky to stay in Maria's wonderful house! The kitchen was wonderfully appointed if you don't want to go out for meals all the time, and cooking was a joy. The bedroom was very relaxing and chilling out in the living room with a breeze through the windows was lovely too! The roof terrace offers a splendid view, and it is lovely to say hello to the neighbours opposite. We would definitely go back and would highly recommend it. Thank you Maria! :-)

I am not one to write reviews but in this particularly case I just wanted to say what a charming little house this was to stay in. It has everything you could need and is situated in a beautiful street with everything at hand; from a beach at the bottom of the street to shops and restaurants galore. Thank you Maria for a wonderful holiday.

Rue Mirador is one of the prettiest streets in the incredibly quaint and picturesque harbour town. The house has been stylishly decorated and furnished with clever use being made of the space available which is very cosy for a couple. Definitely the "piece de resistance" is the roof top terrace where it is perfect to start the day with a cheery "bonjour" to the neighbours across the cobbled street or enjoy a chilled rose in the evening gazing out at the twinkling lights reflected in the sea.

This is a fab place to chill right in the middle of a pretty medieval French town. Lovely neighbours. Fantastic seafood. Just 2 minutes walk to the beach. No cars and no stress. Highly recommend for a getting away from it all break.

Via the train from Montpellier Airport, we were delighted to discover the gem that is Collioure and this beautifully restored Fisherman’s Townhouse. Moments from the beach, the property is full of character and finished to a very high standard. Maria Parviz and her husband David have gone out of their way to ensure that their guests can enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay yet you are also only steps away from a great selection of bars, restaurants, shops and water-sports. We would highly recommend this property to another couple looking to discover this hidden gem in the Pyrénées-Orientales.

Beautifully proportioned townhouse, stunning decor, well equipped kitchen. A short stroll for an early morning dip, return via the baker for the freshest croissant and bread you will have ever had, aperitifs on the sun deck look at the superb view over the med, numerous dining options taking in vistas of the Chateau, Castle and Church. Hike through the vine clad hills, or day trip to Gerona if you can pull yourself away from your sun bed on the beach. Fabulous!

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous french village. The house was superbly located with great character and well cared for. We would definitely recommend it and hope to return one day.

Ideally located close to the centre of Collioure, only a few minutes walk from the harbour, shops, restaurants and the twice weekly market. Collioure is a blend of French and Spanish influences, with a Catalan character. The house is well equipped comfortable and on a picturesque narrow street, with art galleries close by.

A delightful property just a couple of minutes from the front in this wonderful town. Everything is of an extremely good standard from the well equipped kitchen all the way up to the top floor terrace with its terrific views. It was a pleasure to sit at the kitchen table, with the windows open wide, exchanging "Bon jours" with passers by. It was so peaceful at night despite Collioure being a busy seaside town. Ms Parviz has made this property a lovely place to stay which I can highly recommend. The spiral staircase will help keep you fit after all the delicious croissants you'll eat!

A great place to stay in a wonderful location. The house is lovely. Tastefully decorated and furnished with a well equipt kitchen. Everything you need for staying in or going out. The house instruction folder is is well written and very useful especially in planning expeditions as there is so much to see and do.

I have stayed in this beautiful little house on several occasions. The house is situated in a pretty, quiet street literally a couple of minutes from the beach and the town with all its restaurants and bars. The house itself is well equipped and very comfortable. There is a cosy lounge which is very cool in the summer but for me the best feature of this house is the roof terrace which gets the evening sun and has stunning views over the rooftops to the sea and the mountains beyond. I would thoroughly recommend this house for a relaxing holiday.
