Bed & Breakfast

Modern bedrooms and friendly owners in a pretty village farmhouse near to all the Loire Valley cultural and sporty fun

4 rooms

Rooms sleep 2 – 4

You’re just a few minutes from the A10, on the edge of a small village and surrounded by open fields on one side, tall bushy trees on the other. The house, built in 1850, is made of beautiful old white stone and has red shutters to add Gallic charm. Béatrice and Regis give you rather sleek modern bedrooms, a continental breakfast at separate tables and a kitchen with a wood-burner for rainy days. There’s a small lending library too. Sleep peacefully in the quiet then discover châteaux, museums, gardens, sporty stuff in spades, regional wines and farmers’ markets for foodies, all from this unfussy family home.

We had a wonderful stay here, the rooms were tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It was great to be able to go for a swim after a long journey and relax in the beautiful garden. We had a delicious dinner in the nearby medieval town of Beaugency. Béatrice and her husband were welcoming and sociable and very kind hosts. We would highly recommend staying here.

Comfortabe room with large shower room in lovely converted farmhouse in quiet location. Lovely garden and pool which would be great in good weather. Stayed overnight on our journey back from Dordogne to Dieppe: a perfect distance to break up the journey. Welcoming hosts who both speak excellent English. Lovely little town 10 mins drive away with plenty of restaurants. Would definately recommend.
