The
Experience

Your blithe, beautiful, energetic hostess is a delight, forever indulging her passion for interior decoration. Her exquisite rooms are a festival of colours, textures, antiques and embroidered linen. It’s a heart-warming experience to stay in this wonderful old Normandy farmhouse where the great granite hearth is always lit and a breakfast of superb local specialities is served on elegant china; there is a richly carved ‘throne’ at the head of the long table. Find a deep courtyard at the entrance, a pretty garden behind; soft countryside surrounds you and Barfleur and the coast is a short drive.

Reviews

We stayed in the cottage for a week at Easter and we loved it. Comfortable beds, lovely sitting room and a good kitchen. My brother an his family stayed in the b&b for 2 nights in August (on our recommendation) and they loved it too. Great location.

A wonderful place to stay. From arrival to departure our hosts were delightfully charming & very helpful. Our room was stunning, comfortable & cosy,a wonderful mix of antique & modern. Breakfasts were out of this world with wonderful home made bread (still warm) jams, egg custards,(devine), yoghurts and a different type of freshly made cake each morning. Nothing that would help our stay was too much trouble from the lend of umbrella's (yes it was a bit wet) to suggestions of what to see & things to do. When we asked about (Brocante) maps were producled & directions provided. A special place.
