The
Experience

Step straight out into the buzz and energy of the Latin Quarter’s boutiques and bars from this second-floor, 18th-century apartment – you’ll feel all Parisian. Minutes later you can be strolling along the banks of the Seine. Light floods through floor-to-ceiling windows into the large living space which combines comfortable simplicity with original features: two bright sofa-beds and pale wooden furniture, dark beamed ceilings and exposed stonework. Colourful prints and a large rug add warmth to the white walls and stripped wood floor. A sleek and spotless kitchenette slips into one wall with everything you will need for whipping up simple meals. There are more exposed beams and white walls in the old-fashioned French-feeling neat bedroom, tucked at the back away from the street bustle. The decent-size bathroom and separate loo are tiled and fine. The greatest sights in Paris are within walking distance: Notre Dame, Luxembourg gardens, the Sorbonne, the Pantheon church. Nearby Metros take you further. Save some energy for climbing the stairs to your apartment (there’s no lift) where you can sit by the windows, aperitif in hand, watching the city.

Reviews

If you want the best located apartment then look no further. This property from the moment we arrived blew us away. Awesome space for a one bedroom apartment with huge windows opening to the street allowing you to breathe in the Parisian culture. Subway within a 30 second walk and the facilities in rhe apartment has tou wanting for nothing. We will return to paris and we will not bother looking elsewhere, utterly amazing property. A pleasure to have stayed there

This is a very well equipped light and airy apartment right in the heart of Paris. Perfectly located we could slip home for a light lunch and rest before heading out again. I would thoroughly recommend it.

Philippa, Alton

My daughter and I had the pleasure of staying in this wonderfully located apartment. So central to many of Paris' main attractions and walking distance to practically everything. Christine's apartment was beautifully appointed and well equipped, with all the little extras that made for a comfortable stay in a foreign city. Little touches like umbrellas, an efficient printer for printing on-line tickets, reliable wi-fi, plenty of good quality guide books and suggested walks around Paris etc.The apartment was spotless and the linens/towels provided were of excellent quality. Thank you Christine
