The Experience
Lake Garda is just 20 kilometers away and Lago di Iseo’s crystal clear waters are even closer – it’s also smaller, less touristy and just as lovely. Take a boat tour, zip around it on a bike – there are lots of good routes – or eat fresh fish at one of the lakeside cafes.
You’ll feel relaxed here – Anna and Filippo live next door and the house is filled with their elegant furniture and paintings. There’s a huge veranda for a quiet sit in the sun and a fire indoors for chillier days.
Walk into the village for basic supplies, a gelato or takeaway pizza then head back for a swim in the pool and a wander around the amazing garden – they have over 300 species of plants and flowers.

Introducing
Anna Peroni
Filippo and Anna lived with their three children (now all grown up) in what is now The Garden House; now they are next door and love to welcome their guests. Filippo is an architect and is often found working in his beloved garden. Anna leaves you a continental breakfast for your first morning and in the cooler months plenty of logs for the fire.
