Where goats once grazed, smart boutiques flourish, but you barely know you're just back from Oxford Street. Step inside, to a serene space of sage walls and low lighting, sturdy wood floors, limed tables and gas log fires, and a wall of glazed doors opening to benches in summer. There are a few heads of African beasts mounted on walls (collecting is the owner's passion) but don't let that put you off. You can have eggs Benedict at breakfast and a Bloody Mary; an organic beef burger with a black fig salad at lunch; Scottish halibut with lemon butter at dinner. What's good about this intimate pub (little sister to the more characterful Thomas Cubitt and The Orange) is that it attracts a varied crowd. Ales include Doom Bar, juice is freshly squeezed, breakfasts are tip-top.

Guest feedback
"We found The Grazing Goat via Sawdays, and booked for the one night we were in town. We were very happy with our choice as soon as we arrived. The pub at ground floor was lively & stylish & the staff were very helpful. Our room was great with a cool, calm feel, especially given its proximity to the bustle of the West End. The highlight of the stay was the bed which after a long day of travelling & walking across London gave us one of the best night's sleep..... followed by a superb breakfast. A brilliant place that we would strongly recommend."
