1. The competition will run between Thursday 1st October and 11:59pm on Saturday 31st October. The winner will be contacted by Friday 6th November.  
2. Prize draw is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged over 18, excluding employees of Sawday’s, Trainline, and their immediate families, agents, or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.  
3. One entry per person. Automated or bulk entries will be disqualified.  
4. The prize consists of  £500 towards one Sawday’s stay and 1 x Trainline voucher up to the value of £250. 
5. £250 Trainline voucher to be used on one single transaction on the Trainline app [excludes booking fees]. Return travel to/from UK stations. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 
6. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used by Sunday 28th February 2027. 
7. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent or greater value.  
8. Any further costs, such as additional nights, meals, or expenses beyond the prize inclusions, are not covered and are the responsibility of the winner.  
9. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.  
10. Winners will be selected and prized allocated at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.  
11. The winner will be contacted by email within 7 days of the competition closing. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days or fails to meet eligibility requirements, the prize may be awarded to another eligible entrant.  
12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its control.  
13. By entering, participants agree to share their name and email address with the Promoter for competition administration and newsletter purposes. Data will be handled in accordance with the Sawday’s privacy policy.  
14. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
