Little Barn, Briston

the cottage is really lovely - in a perfect peaceful location, it is really well equipped. The owners are really helpful if you need anything and we bought our dog and the garden is enclosed. Reasonably priced and really clean. Gorgeous Holkham beach is only 20 minute drive and perfect lovely beach, really dog friendly.

The most perfect retreat. lovely cottage and Sally and Ken have thought of everything to make Little Barn so comfortable. Cosy and warm, comfy bed, charming garden and lots of space to relax in. Little Barn is in a very pretty part of Norfolk with lots to see and do locally, lovely walks and the perfect cottage to return to after a bracing autumn walk. We had just a short break but loved every minute.

Our last visit was the 10th time we have stayed at Little Barn , which must speak volumes on it's own!! The cottage has everything you could wish for and the garden is beautiful. The owners, Sally and Ken are always welcoming and really helpful. The beach at Wells next to the sea is a short drive away with its miles of sand. The Georgian town of Holt is nearby and supermarkets are easy to find in the vicinity. There are a number of Pubs and eateries nearby producing some excellent dining. I cannot praise Little Barn too highly we will be returning next year for our 11th visit.

We stay at Little Barn regularly, three summers and Easter. We absolutely love it there, accommodation is very comfortable, kids love it, amazing garden, peaceful and owners are absolutely delightful. We will be back again!!

This was our second visit to Little Barn and we loved it just as much as the first! The cottage is very comfortable, well organised and well-equipped. The garden is beautiful and it is quiet and peaceful. There is tons to do in Norfolk for fine or rainy weather and something for all ages. The owners are on hand to help if you need it. Thoroughly recommended.
