About our places to stay in Norfolk

Self-catering & holiday cottages in Norfolk

Even when you aren’t being hosted in person, it’s still lovely to stay in a place that gives you a warm welcome. We look for owners whose creativity, local knowledge and generosity of spirit make it feel like you’re walking into a home, not a soulless holiday let. In Norfolk, you’ll find everything from old stone cottages down leafy lanes to arty apartments and gorgeous barn conversions, all ready and waiting to be your new home for a few days.

Pubs with rooms in Norfolk

Staying in a pub is a wonderfully stress-free way to travel. The moment you’re checked in, you’re where you need to be for dinner, a good night’s sleep and breakfast in the morning. You can even throw your bags in your room and head straight back to the bar, to sit in a quiet corner and let any lingering travel angst fade away. In the pubs we like to work with, you’ll find local ales on tap and a menu of locally sourced food that’ll spoil you for choice and have you wandering upstairs to bed full and happy.

Hotels in Norfolk

At their finest, hotels are moments of pure indulgence, with beds more comfortable than you can ever seem to make yours at home, exquisite food at dinner and breakfast, and touches of magic in the décor that make you smile. We work only with small-scale hoteliers and although some of them do own a few places, they pour their passion and attention to detail into every one, so you’ll have far more than a good night’s sleep.

Bed & Breakfast in Norfolk

These days, it’s hard to tell where B&Bs end and boutique hotels begin. Both have an independent spirit, a warm welcome for their guests and a personal touch in their service. B&Bs tend to have fewer rooms and occasionally a more sociable feel to any mealtimes, which is what makes them brilliant places for anyone who wants to really explore the area they’re staying in. Swapping ideas and stories with the owners and other travellers over breakfast can lead you on adventures that no search engine will ever dig up for you.
