- Being so close to Brancaster beach for beachy days out
- Cooking great feasts in the well-kitted-out kitchen where everyone can muck in and help

- All duvets and pillows are feather-filled
- There are a few steep steps down to the master en suite
- Two well-behaved dogs are welcome – not on the furniture or upstairs please

What an awesome house, so beautifully done and comfortable - have stayed in many houses in this area, but none as wonderful as this! Also makes such a difference being able to walk to the beach and having The Ship on our doorstep. The weather was fantastic and our children did a really fun sailing course in Burnham Overy Staithe with Ashe - Faire Sailing - highly recommend. We will definitely be back to stay at Old Mill House next year, if not before!
