Reviews

We spent one week at Blackbrook house: such a beautiful bed and breakfast, run by Emma and Ray who are really helpful and lovely as well. We loved so much the breakfasts with scrambled eggs! Tasty and delicious!

Blackbrook house is a beautiful bed and breakfast, run by Emma and Ray who are really helpful and lovely as well. The breakfasts were really nice, and the bedrooms were excellent, everything was so clean! Gardens and grounds are beautiful in. We can highly recommend Emma and Ray’s B&B.

Beautiful house and gardens. Emma is a lovely welcoming lady. All our needs were catered for and even fresh roses in our room. Delicious breakfast. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Jane, Farnham

We had an excellent week's stay in the Jane Austin suite in their beautiful house. Emma is a traditional Sawday's host making us feel so welcome and providing us with delightful breakfasts, including fresh fruit every day, served in the elegant dining room. The bedroom has glorious views of the lovely large garden and countryside beyond and the bathroom is very luxurious. It was lovely being able to return to our own sitting room before going out to one of the many local pubs/restaurants recommended by Emma, serving delicious food. A really enjoyable stay.

We have just returned from a wonderful one night stay in the Jane Austen suite. Blackbrook House is warm, relaxing and tranquil. A beautiful country house that merits a visit to truly appreciate everything described in the Sawday’s profile. Emma is the perfect host and breakfast quite breathtaking. We intend to return.
