The Experience
Ceilings are high, windows are wide and nothing indoors interferes with your ever-shifting views – clean lines, natural wood and clever lighting give gentle permission for the magnificence of the landscape to permeate, you’ll find it hard not to stare. The living space is bright and airy with a nifty kitchen to the side, a table in the window and a sliding door to decking for al fresco meals and views over the loch towards Ullapool, where the ferry and little boats chug in and out.
Two double bedrooms (one can be a twin) have inviting beds, lots of storage, excellent reading lights, those fabulous vistas, and swish bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower, the other with an L-shaped tub with shower over) with thick fluffy towels and Miniml soaps and lotions. You’ll feel cossetted.
Set off on a gentle half-hour stroll to Ullapool or tackle some hill climbs, cycle, swim; explore gardens, caves and historical sites, discover dreamy beaches.
