Rosie Birkett

Rosie is a food and cookery writer who has co-authored books with Alain Ducasse, as well as appearing as a judge on Masterchef and The Great British Menu. She has regular columns in the Sunday Times and BBC Good Food Magazine, in which she showcases her deep love for and knowledge of food from all over the world. On her travels for us, she explores places through their cuisine, understanding the distinct flavours that infuse a culture.
