Mane Braz

We enjoyed a most pleasant, peaceful stay with Christine and Patrick. Their kindness and hospitality are second to none....and the breakfast is superb! They are perfect hosts with delightfully comfortable and spacious accommodation. Highly recommended.

This was our fourth stay with Christine and Patrick, but our first visit to their new place Mane Braz. We already knew they were great hosts from having stayed with them in their previous house Talvern. We stayed for four nights in the Wakame room, which has big windows and wonderful views over the river to La Trinite-sur-Mer. We had a good time as usual, for it's all very relaxed. Patricks' breakfasts are always excellent and Christine makes fantastic jams for the guests to enjoy. We had good advice from them on local restaurants they like and interesting places to visit. We'll be back!

My wife and I spent two nights at Escale Manebrez during our two-week tour of Brittany. Christine and Patrick made us feel "at home". They provided excellent advice on places to visit and restaurants. The house has been beautifully adapted for housing guests in three well-appointed rooms with a large common living/dining area. Patrick's home-made breakfasts were a perfect start to each day. Our one regret was that we spent too little time at Escale Manebrez. It would be the perfect "home base" for touring Quiberon Peninsula, Auray, Vannes, and the Gulf of Morbihan over a 4-5 day period.

Our first trip to Brittany was enhanced by the hospitality and kindness of our hosts, Christine and Patrick. Delicious and varied breakfasts coupled with plenty of helpful hints for discovering local places of interest along with good restaurant recommendations.
