Le Mas des Anges de Flo

This was just what we wanted: close to Aix (we stayed for a week, without a car, and walked into and back from the city every day) yet off the beaten track (surrounded by trees, very peaceful, beautiful views). Florence could not have been more welcoming or helpful; she and her animals are a delight. It's a lovely retreat in all respects.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Mas des Anges. The cottage was perfect and Florence made us feel so welcome. The situation so close to Aix-en-Provence and the coast could not have been better and Florence was very kind and helpful. We would love to return!

We had a wonderful week at Le Mas des Anges. Florence was the perfect host and from the moment we arrived we felt at ease and very relaxed. It was a delight to stay there and we intend to return.

A short distance from Aix-en-Provence in acres of woodland and with stunning views, Les Mas des Anges is a lovely rural country house and cottage, restored with considerable artistic flair by owner Florence, who is a wonderfully warm, kind and caring host. We stayed here in June 2019. It was simply superb. Relaxing and totally enjoyable, with every facility one would require. We were sad to leave not only because the place really is so pleasant but also because we both felt that in Florence, we had met someone very special, whom we hope will remain a friend for life. There are so many positive comments to make abour our stay in Le Mas des Anges that it is difficult to be selective. Florence the owner of the cottage is without doubt the most welcoming hostess of any holiday rental accommodation that we have ever exoerienced. The cottage is comfortable with all modern conveniences. But above all it oozes the personal touch of someone who has a flair for creating all the little touches that make this cottage so French. We believe that not only did we enjoy our six nights in Aix au Provence but hopefully we have a friend for life.
