The Experience
Alessandra’s exquisite apartment shows off her flair for interior design. Let yourself in with your own key: she lives in an adjacent apartment so you’ll have the advantage of privacy while still having her on hand for excellent advice on what to see and do.
Her breakfasts are a treat too, brought up to your room and served from a trolley on fine porcelain and lace doilies: homemade cakes and jams, toast, fresh fruits, yogurt and cereal; help yourself to tea and coffee in the cosy reception/sitting area at any time. The Bramante bedroom has the best view – down the street to the Bramante cloister – and Bernini has a sitting area.
Pop out the front door and spill into cobbled streets surrounding the famous Navona square, with its magnificent Bernini and Borromini masterpieces. This is a true Roman neighbourhood, immersed in art, culture, street life and equidistant to the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Spanish Steps. Termini station is a 30-minute walk.

Location
The neighbourhood
The apartment is set in the historic heart of Rome, and the surrounding pedestrian-only streets are lined with artisan's studios, antique dealers, boutiques, vintage shops, and a myriad of trattorias, cafés, bars and pizzerias. Alessandra recommends La Pace del Palato (50m) a small, family-run restaurant, and Trattoria Fiammetta (200m), which has an outdoor terrace.

Introducing
Alessandra Bruti Liberati
Alessandra and her husband Michele enjoy guiding their B&B guests to just the right places in their city of Rome, and both at Casa in Toscolano and Navona My Home, they are an invaluable source of information and can assist in booking restaurants, events, airport transfers and more. They also founded a non-profit organisation which supports research for rare diseases, LaSpes, a cause very close to their hearts and to which they donate part of their B&B earnings to.
Wow! We had the best time here - not only is the location right in the hub of it all - a stone's throw from Piazza Navona, but Alessandra's warm welcome and thoughtful recommendations were spot on for us. Our room was at the back, very elegant, with everything we could possibly need and a really quiet haven to return too after a busy day out. Breakfast was a real treat too. This was the perfect base for our first time in Rome and we'd recommend it to anyone - but be careful you really won't want to leave!!
