Villa Kaete

We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights at Villa Kaete. Sonja is a great hostess who runs her beautifully decorated B&B with a lot of love. The garden of the house is very beautiful and the natural pool is probably very attractive not only in summer. Our room was large and comfortable, and if there wasn't so much to explore in the area, the bed would be a cozy place as well. But as it was, we mainly explored the surroundings, with many good suggestions from our hostess. A clear recommendation.

My stay was wonderful, it’s an inspiring house, very stylish, clean and comfortable, with beautiful corners and a garden where you can close your eyes and enjoy the charm of the place. Sonia was a wonderful host, with so much care and attention to detail, offering plentiful breakfasts and enjoyable conversations. The perfect place to just enjoy the peace for a few days. We were there for 5 days. Thank you Sonia, everything was perfect.

A blissful bolt hole in an undiscovered part of Portugal. Sonja is an incredible host - she has trained in both interiors and luxury hotels… and it shows. Stunning decor and warm, generous hospitality throughout: delicious outdoor breakfasts, welcome drinks on the terrace, fluffy bathrobes, evening turndown service and a 5* concierge service with top tips for food and drink, local sights, surfing and so much more. The natural pool, beautiful interiors, her friendly charm and Bella the dog combine to make this a truly special place to stay.

We arrived from a bicycle trip from the north and it was a real discovery to be in this town that is a magical place. A paradise in Portugal. Its owner, Sonia, an excellent hostess, and Bella, her adorable pet, have made our stay very pleasant. Without a doubt, a place to always return to.
