Domaine Le Mas

This is our 4th stay at Le Mas and every time we leave overwhelmed by the beauty of the location, the excellence of the facilities and the hospitality of it's owners, who are unobtrusively on-hand in their neighbouring property, should you need advice, restaurant bookings, or indeed anything you can think of. Biggest highlights for us with the property specifically are the decor which is beautiful and clean throughout; the kitchen, which has an abundance of anything you could need; the summer kitchen and the BBQ which gives you an incredible view over the pool and valley. I could go on and on!

We have stayed in many places around the world but Le Mas is definitely one of the best, if not the best. This beautiful property set in the most idyllic rural location surrounded by wonderful Dordogne sites and places is simply heaven. It’s luxurious, stylish in its design with absolutely everything you could need for a perfect family holiday. Such careful thought has been given to everything and Rupert and Franck are so helpful and welcoming. We couldn’t recommend this property enough. It’s a slice of French heaven!

Le Mas is a truly exceptional property and the ideal place for a family vacation with friends. The house itself is beautifully decorated and the surrounding countryside and the views from the property are stunning. It's a haven of tranquility from which we enjoyed runs on trails, lounging in the pool, and meals in the summer kitchen as we watched the sunset. Charming villages such as Montpazier and Beaumont(with its delightful evening market) are just a short drive away. Rupert and Franck are the perfect hosts, always on hand to answer questions and assist in planning. We're eager to return!

Le Mas et Le Mazet were the perfect places to stay for our family group of 12 and Rupert and Franck the perfect hosts - charming and ready with any information or assistance we required. The houses are beautifully appointed, the facilities superb, and the garden and pool perfect. We could barely stir ourselves to go further afield. The only sounds you hear in this secluded spot are the bees and the birds. it is an idyllic place and we were sorry to leave and hope to return soon.

We loved everything about Le Mas and wholeheartedly recommend. The location is stunningly beautiful and provides complete tranquility (apart from birdsong), the property has been beautifully restored and provides every modern convenience as well as lots of lovely extras (welcome treats were hugely appreciated). The owners couldn't be more helpful or welcoming.
