Bergerie de la Moutonnière

This was our final stop before heading home and what a magical way to end our holiday. Hetty and Ruud were wonderful hosts and the Bergerie is just delightful - comfortable and full of thoughtful touches for a very special stay. I can’t recommend it more and hope to be able to come back again.

Excellent. Two lovely hosts - Hetty and Ruud - with a real commitment to making your stay with them something to remember. Ruud with his unique humour is an honorary englishman!! We were made to feel special and we will not hesitate to return and to recommend it even to our enemies....!!!!

This is a very special place! A true sanctuary set in peaceful grounds. The hosts couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. My cat enjoyed her stay here too and the breakfast was delicious and delivered to my room. I will definitely be making a return visit.

Well, the reviews speak for themselves! A truly special place to stay and well worth a visit if you're in the area, or make a visit if you're not! Ruud and Hetty are lovely hosts and couldn't make you feel more welcome (our dog is still pining after Hugo!). It's a great spot to relax and unwind but also to explore surrounding areas if you want to. The rooms are beautifully decorated and all in all, we couldn't have had a nicer stay. We would love to come back and visit! Thank you Hetty and Ruud.

What a gorgeous place, run by a gorgeous couple. This was our first stop on our French road trip and we left feeling utterly relaxed. Amazing accommodation with unique and refined attention to detail. The breakfasts were served al fresco and were divine. Yum! Hetty and Ruud and Hugo (their adorable dog) made our daughter and dog feel so welcome. If you’re in the area it’s an absolute must. We loved every minute. Great hosts (.... great stories from Ruud!)
