La Casa del Conte

Lovely apartment for 2, perfectly located in the heart of Rome within easy walking distance of lots of places of interest and with many good restaurants nearby. Olivella was very welcoming and helped with recommendations and booking trains. Would be happy to recommend.

We stayed at La Casa del Conte for our 10th wedding anniversary and it was a perfect place for 2. It is beautifully furnished & very comfortable, with lovely personal touches and lots of local info. The owner (who lives nearby) is extremely nice and helpful - nothing was too much trouble, including organising a private limo to/from the airport. The location is ideal - we walked practically everywhere. And despite the bustle outside, the apartment itself was incredibly quiet & peaceful (the windows have very good double-glazing). If we return to Rome, we would certainly stay here again.

What a totally charming apartment right in the heart of Rome. Beautiful decor with authentic antique art and furniture. Breakfast included is served at a charming cafe nearby. We stayed 12 days at this spotlessly clean apartment and were very impressed. Your host is a charming lady. I doubt you could find a better home away from home in Rome

Casa del Conte is a very comfortable, well-equipped apartment, furnished beautifully with antiques. It was a quiet haven to return to at the end of busy days sightseeing.It's very central and we walked everywhere. The breakfast arrangement at a nearby cafe worked very well and Olivella arranged taxis for us from the airport. She is a very welcoming hostess and we would certainly recommend the apartment.
