- The owner’s brother-in-law and his wife live on the upper floor of the villa and they share the entrance to the courtyard
- The nearest town is a 10-minute drive
- The pool is not fenced
Picture, picking lemon's from the lemon tree's for an evening G&T or taking part in the olive harvesting late Oct and then sampling Santa Maria's own olive oil. Santa Maria offers wonderful accommodation, a tennis court, lush landscaping and a pool to cool off in. The perfect location for families and friends to come together for an amazing holiday.

Santa Maria provided us with the perfect location for our first family holiday abroad. We spent a fortnight at Santa Maria this Summer and could not have imagined a more relaxing and elegant break. Along with our children (aged 6 and 3) we enjoyed endless days in the fantastic pool, ate copious amounts of the most delicious gelato and indulged in the wonderful food cooked by Antonella! The accommodation is incredibly spacious with such a welcoming feel. Caroline and Marcello were beyond helpful and so generous with their advice and kindness. We can’t wait to return!
