The Experience
This is the sort of place that offers something for everyone and does it brilliantly. Come for modern comfort with huge windows (mostly looking out to sea), gleaming bathrooms, space to put your feet up and neat kitchens so you can make yourself at home – there’s tea, coffee and proper milk to get you started.
Couples and families will be happy with two and three-bed studios to choose from, while bright and breezy communal spaces lend themselves to catching up on emails or with friends. Pops of colour including a huge outdoor mural by a local artist add interest. For active types, there are five padel courts and surfboards to hire. Kids can hurl themselves in the Art Deco pool while you bubble in the hot tub.
After a super sleep on plump king-size beds, or bunks that work for teens and adults, skip down for a hearty breakfast or brunch in the cosy café, then hit the beach. Evenings are for foodie pop ups and local brews.
