The Experience
A hugely convenient, and pleasing spot from which to explore glorious Frome. The walled garden and the lovely views belie the fact you’re just a short walk from the bustle of town, and the peace is deep. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, a king-size with an en suite shower, and a single with its own bathroom. Both are attractive with fabrics from Robert Kime and Colefax and Fowler, fragrant Somerset soaps, well-dressed beds.
You can enjoy a continental breakfast out on the terrace when it’s balmy, or a full English with sausages and bacon from the excellent butcher down the road. On foul weather days you can hunker in front of the fire with a good book, or plan your next outing.
Feel free to wander the garden – surprisingly secluded and filled with Skye’s homegrown veg and cutting flowers in season. Find a peaceful seat and listen to church bells and birdsong, or walk into town for interesting independent shops.

Introducing
Skye McGuinness
Skye (a trained florist with an amazing eye for restoring properties) and her husband Pete are warm and interesting. They live here with their family and are adept at looking after guests. It runs in the family – Skye's mother-in-law ran a Sawday's B&B for years.
