The Old Post House Barn

I have stayed here 7/8 times and find it fantastic. Peaceful and beautiful countryside all around yet near to shopping, theatres nod the races. Walks are fantastic and history abounds. All available when you stay in this super comfortable and well equipped 16 cent.cottage. Even a little garden to sit and read or drink your cocktails. The owners are extremely helpful and every detail is taken care of. Don't feel like cooking? There is a pub opposite with good food every day. Perfect accommodation in this lovely village.

An amazing find! We love everything about the barn. It's homely, beautifully finished and has super hosts who are very friendly. We've stayed a few times now and love arriving but not leaving. Perfect location for visiting some of the Cotswold villages too. Fab pub over the road that serves a delicious roast. Highly recommend a stay at the Old Post House

Cannot recommend The Old Post House Barn highly enough! We had a truly wonderful stay! The barn is beautifully done out and had everything we could possibly have wanted including a lovely welcome treat which was very much appreciated! Karen was super friendly and helpful from our first communication and made us feel very welcome. The village is gorgeous as are the surrounding villages. We enjoyed several lovely bike rides and visited lots of great local pubs! The pub opposite is great and we had a lovely meal there. Really looking forward to visiting again soon.

I did stay in the barn in the back bedroom with the en suite bathroom. It was very well done. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet in that room. It was hot the summer I was there and the bedroom stayed nice and cool which made it easy to sleep. The shower was really good, spacious and lots of pressure. I used to live in the UK and having decent water pressure in a shower verged on the amazing. The WiFi worked in the barn, no dead spots. The upstairs was very nice, but I didn’t really spend much time there. pub across the street, the food is very good.

We have just returned from a lovely relaxing break at the Old Post House Barn, it is in such a fantastic spot so easy to get to lots of great places. Beautifully furnished and finished to an extremely high standard, Karen & Paul are the loveliest of hosts. We look forward to a return visit!
