Les Hauts de Saint Vincent

We had the most magical five days here. From the exquisite views from our bedroom window to the peaceful grounds to relax in, this accommodation is heavenly. Stephanie‘s cooking is superb and every day brought a new delicacy to savour for breakfast or even dinner. The hospitality was outstanding and we can’t recommend this place enough. It is very near to a lovely village with an excellent restaurant and handy to many beautiful villages to visit. We would return in a heartbeat.

We cannot recommend this place enough. Stephanie and Fabrice are wonderful hosts, and the house has been renovated sympathetically and to a really high standard. Breakfast is simple but lovely. Try and book dinner when Stephanie is cooking as it is a lovely evening of food, wine and chat with other guests. The pool is great and quiet, and the views from the house are outstanding. We took a hot air balloon ride with Fabrice as pilot - such a fantastic experience!! The rooms are themed, spacious and charming! It’s a 2 mins drive into Beynac; note not really safe to walk (no footpath).

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house with Stéphanie and Fabrice. The house is very sympathetically and tastefully restored and furnished, and our bedroom was extremely comfortable. Stephanie’s recommendations for things to do and restaurants were all spot on. Breakfasts and dinner at the house were truly delicious, all home made and locally sourced. It was very interesting and enjoyable discussing recipes and ingredients with her! She also went out of her way to look after us. The on site EV charger was a huge bonus. We will be back!

We spent 6 very enjoyable nights and we were made very welcome. A comfortable large bedroom & bathroom, the dining room & lounge are attractive & well appointed. Unfortunately the weather was not very cooperative so we cannot vouch for the outside terrace & pool, but they looked fine. Plenty of very interesting sites to visit within easy distance, Beynac Chateau, Marqueysac garden & Sarlat were the highlights.

This beautifully restored old farmhouse is conveniently located in the heart of the Dordogne within easy reach of many Chateaux and gardens and only an hour's drive from Bergerac airport. The owners, Fabrice and Stephanie are warm and excellent hosts. Their in house dinners, on 3 nights, were great fun with good food, wine and company. The house is comfortably furnished with objects reflecting their international travel. The bedrooms are very well appointed with stylish bathrooms. We filled many days with Stephanie's suggestions of places to visit and local restaurants. Highly recommend!
