You should know
- Parking is limited and the walk up from beach or town has a short uphill section and some steps for the final 100 meters
- This is a quiet building where late-night noise is unwelcome
- Although the flat is on one level and the building has a lift, the garden's many steps make it unsuitable for anyone with limited mobility
The stylish apartment has an oak parquet floor, high-tech (but user-friendly) fixtures and is a real treat to stay in with a lemon glow and wonderful views over Menton and the Med. You don't need a car - it's a five-minute walk to the station and feels a real privilege to stay in this turn-of-the century hillside palace, once occupied by European royalty.
