On the outskirts of little Valréas is a 17th-century château immersed in a sea of vines. New to winemaking, Benoit and Eugenie are passionate about wines and guests, and will give you a chance to taste their award-winning vintage. Delicious breakfast (homemade cakes, jams, Bulgarian yogurt) is brought to a room with small tables and a stone fireplace with drawn angels. Bedrooms reveal the best of everything: round sinks, antique sofas, aged tommette floors; it is an exquisite restoration.
