I can not recommend Catherine's place highly enough for your stay in Paris. The apartment is cozy and extremely comfortable and well appointed, with Catherine even welcoming us with pastry and a lovely wine. Staying here lets you live like a Parisian--you are in a non-touristic area, yet have access to all the best in bakeries, cafes, cheese shops and more, along with easy access to the Metro and anything and everything you could want to see and do in this fabulous city. If you have the chance, GO, and if you can stay in Catherine's place, DO!

My visit to Paris was made all the more wonderful by the opportunity to stay in this lovely flat. I love the 5th, and feel right at home here.

If you’re looking for a truly special place to stay in Paris, stop looking, you’ve found it. Catherine’s apartment is incredibly comfortable, sunny, spotless, quiet and located in a terrific Parisian neighborhood within walking distance to the major sites, yet far from the tourists. It’s the perfect romantic pied-à-terre, stocked with everything. But what really sets it apart is the delightful and generous hostess. We can’t wait to return!

Madame Le Guay's apartment is well appointed with all the additional accoutrements to fulfill a comfortable homelike stay. It is as warm as it is pictured. Our 16 days were entirely pleasant and as friendly as ever inasmuch as it was our second visit. We wanted for nothing. As runners, the Jardin des Plantes was immediately available less than a five minute walk from the apartment. Less than a block away is located a Metro stop with two intersecting lines. On the Rue Linne at number 16 is situated a superb brasserie, Les Arenes. It is operated by one of Madame Le Guay's friends.

We just spent two glorious weeks at Catherine’s adorable flat in Paris! Catherine’s warm hospitality and generosity went beyond expectation. She was most helpful and informative. The flat was immaculate and cosy. Her attention to detail is charming…the bathroom was lovely and equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was a delight…we enjoyed sipping our espresso each morning, with the windows wide open to the sights and sounds of the city. A perfect location! We really liked the vibe of the Latin Quarter and the energy of the students..a truly authentic Parisian experience❤️
