The Experience

This sprawling farmhouse is made for friends, family and fine times – come one, come all, there’s plenty of room. Kids and teens will love the attic bedroom (it sleeps eight), there are five en suite doubles in the main house and the nearby cottage sleeps four more. All the rooms are simple and comfortable with lovely views over the rolling hills and olive groves of the Marche countryside.

Long tables promise lazy lunches that bring everyone together. There are two kitchens – one in the main house, one in the cottage – and a generous living room with sofas to sink into and a cosy fireplace for cooler evenings.

Outside, the big garden gives everyone space to play or retreat. Kids will love the playhouse, swing, slide and trampoline. Grab a book and a sun lounger by the swimming pool, challenge your friends to a game of table tennis, pool or basketball, then fire up the barbecue or outdoor pizza oven for an al fresco meal under the stars.
