The Experience

The main building houses the Wine Cellar, the Wine Relais, the breakfast area and the restaurant. Elegant rooms and suites of different sizes are spread out in nearby buildings with original internal walls, designer lighting and beautiful Sicilian furniture and tiles. Some have such high ceilings they have a mezzanine floor, and bathrooms are sparkling – you’ll feel very happy to stay here.

A buffet breakfast of local salami, mozzarella, eggs, fresh bread, local cakes and juice from their own grapes is served in the breakfast hall or outside on the terrace with a wonderful view of Val di Noto. The restaurant sits in a vaulted space overlooking the barrel cellar and, in the open kitchen, the chef prepares traditional dishes using local produce interpreted in a contemporary style.

Stroll through a bucolic vegetable garden to reach the pool, book into the wellness area or onto a tour of the nature reserve.
