The ancient granite walls, the vaulted wooden ceilings and the antique
furnitures and paintings dominate the interior of Casa da Levada. You will
feel that you have magically travelled back in time. The wonderful outdoor
area, "espigueiros" and garden will enchant you with their views
surrounded by the mountains at the heart of the beautiful and picturesque
hamlet of Travanca do Monte.

Enjoyed a fabulous 5 night stay at Casa Levada with another couple. Maria and Luis's hospitality and delicious meals were matched by the rustic village location and atmospheric stone buildings. Perched high on the mountainside with expansive views, Casa Levada was the perfect getaway from the hectic big cities of Lisbon and Porto.
