- Gathering friends and family for a celebration – weddings catered for, but you can do your own thing easily with extra bods in tents
- Walking and cycling – they're superb, with the Lakes and the Pennines as your nearby playground, and you being nice and quiet in the middle
- Driving down to the pub for a pint or a takeaway, coming back to watch the stars come out by the firepit

- Bedrooms are upstairs, the bathroom is down
- Dogs are welcome, but if you've got a bolter there's no holding them back from the great outdoors
A superb place for a party – your own woodland with fairy lights and fire pit, outdoor covered seating area with barbecue and wood-fired hot tub, grand views and loads of space. Extra bods can camp in the woods and there are outdoor loos and shower. Best of all, you're not overlooked.
