Little Bank Barn

We had such a lovely week at Little Bank Barn! The cottage is full of character, and everything is super comfortable and well equipped. The location is perfect, the area has so much to offer. From fantastic beaches to beautiful countryside. The owners were wonderful hosts, really friendly and welcoming. They even made an app with local tips, from scenic walks, pubs to markets and things to see and do. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back again soon!

We have had the most perfect stay here. So beautifully presented and welcoming with lots of extra personal touches which we really appreciated. So well equipped, cosy and comfortable. We liked the LBB app for clear information and also the files. A great position to explore the stunning local beaches and enjoy coastal walks. Local towns - Modbury and Kingsbridge supplied every need. We shall recommend LBB and hope to return in the future. Thank you Harriet and Pete.

We had a wonderful, restful week at LBB. It is a beautiful space. We appreciated the books and toys that were on hand to entertain our young son - and a surprise visit to see some very young calves on the farm next door! We spent very happy days at nearby beaches, and especially loved those recommended by the owners (whose helpful guide to the area was useful for other trips too). The location is also good for reaching nearby towns like Totnes and we had an enjoyable day at Dartington. Highly recommended!

Our stay in Little Bank Barn has exceeded our expectations. The accommodation is clean, cosy and comfortable. Nicely decorated in a fresh and contemporary way. Our hosts Harriet and Pete provided us with useful information about the area and a generous welcome basket. The area is stunning and a lovely destination all year round. Little Bank Barn was the ideal place for our winter break, we highly recommend it and hope to return soon.
